Gail and I (Melissa) are property managers of 5 spectacular vacation homes in Marathon and Key Colony Beach. I vacationed in The Florida Keys 3 times, and fell in love. I could not imagine living anywhere else. I have a vacation rental business here now. I love to fish, dive for lobster, and just enjoy the islands. We would love to host your vacation in the Fabulous Florida Keys, we are confident that you will love it here too.

Why we chose these properties.

Location is Everything! Seaside Sandpiper is in the heart of the fabulous Florida Keys. Marathon Island has everything to offer from the best charter fishing to the best beach in the Keys right around the corner. Let's not forget 5-star dining and a great selection of Tiki Bars and local get-a-ways. Then you retire to your private resort home and wake up to breathtaking sunrises in almost every room in Seaside Sandpiper! This house is perfect for oceanfront weddings or events! We can make recommendations on wedding vendors.

Gail and Melissa also have four additional properties, Dolphin House and Orchid House are located in Key colony Beach. Mango House and Dolphin Villa 5 are located in Martahon.All of the properties have water access and also have stunning water views in their own unique ways.
