We are a "dynamic duo": Vicky is a retired public relations professional and a Mickey is a recently retired Special Forces officer, making our dream come true.

We have over 10 years preparing for this moment, including developing our gorgeous ranch and earning the National Wildlife Preserve certification, countless hours in the equestrian ring, hundreds of hours in cooking classes, etc...

Now we are having fun helping make our Guests' visits as memorable as possible, giving nature tours, "survival" lessons (great fun/group activity in the woods), horse back riding lessons, riding experiences which even the "never on a horse" can enjoy, animal feedings (our ranch animals are very friendly and very funny "hams", LOL); as well as "magical" gourmet meals made exactly as you wish - Be assured of the best super yummy foods cooked up fresh, just for you and your loved ones, (we are both gourmet chefs), Vickey also prides herself as a "mixologist" and we have been known to open up & share our private wine cellar... :-)

We do it all because we enjoy seeing happy faces appear for our Guests, which we ensure have great fun celebrating special occasions, whether anniversaries, birthdays, weddings or just much awaited family vacations

We live on the property (not too close... we have 30 acres of space, lol) and are usually available 24/7 to personally cater to you and ensure everything on our property is the place.

We do have staff thats very dedicated, but basically we will be here for you, we can wine & dine you, help you plan your day, etc... Whatever you need.
